、上级、下属，算不算是对此人的诽谤？
此人写信说我的行为是在诽谤。
究竟什么算是诽谤？揭发真相给群众知道，也算吗？

2. He also needs to prove that you are being negligent.
3. Your communication with his collegues might be privileged if you and he
are working for the same company and the matter concerns his professional du
ty.
It's always difficult to sue for libel. Don't worry about it too much.

If it is private person and private concern, it is defendant's burden to
prove false and faulty, not the plantiff.
"2. He also needs to prove that you are being negligent."
if you write to someone intentionally, it is more than negligent; again, if
involving private person and private concern, plaintiff has no burden to
prove negligence (faulty).
