问题1:small court claim 我因该file到那个州的county
问题2:State Attorney General Office complain, 我应该file到那个州. 都管还是都
不管.
问题3:Fedral trade commission Complain我因该选那个目录去complain?

you can always sue the company in NY; you can also sue it in California if
you can prove that California courts have personal jurisdiction on this
company. Generally, if the company has business in California, personal
jurisdiction is satisfied.
you cannot file suits in any AG office. It is not their business. But the
state secretary office may have some role in the suit. For example, if you
file the suit in Calfornia and you cannot find a person or a business office
from the company in Califor
