g**********i 发帖数: 9	1 请教各位大侠，有人知道JD毕业以后，state government工作，或者是去做state court 的Judicial Clerkship。显然，federal 的部门要公民身份。听说state 的不要。但是人家愿意提供h1b吗？想必版上有人在court 工作/实习过，望指点一二！！先谢谢了！

j****i 发帖数: 496	3 State government can sponsor H1B. I know many people working in different state governments under H1B. You should check with the HR person during the interview.
