发帖数: 94 | 1 去年去洗牙，原来只洗一半，医生因为有多余时间，多洗了另外一半，结果超过了
insurance 的premium, 要求我另外付500 左右。
我打电话去argued 说没有authorized, 牙医不理，把我的账单给了debt collector.
我气愤不过，按照网上模版写了信要求debt collector 提供debt verification, 现在
我的debt 在credit report 上是'disputed' 状态。
不知道下一步怎么做，打算跟他们玩到底，咽不下这口气。debt collector 的信是04/
09到的，请问版上各位我有多少时间reply? 信上这么写的，
Regarding your demand for verification including original signed contracts,
copies of state licenses, our agreements with the original creditor listed
on the account, etc., there is no basis in law to substantiate your right to
such information. In facts, court cases and the Federal Trade Commission
have found there is no duty to comply with such excessive verification
demands.
请问版上的各位专家，我真的不可以要求这些东西么？ 如果不是的话，下一步该怎么
办？
