officer, I want to remind you guys to understand the closing cost related
with refi. Basically there are three types of fees besides Appraisal fee,
Setion 800 fee, sectiton 1100 fee and section 1200 fee in HUD1. When the
loan officer tells you the rate with no closing cost, you need ask him/her
if it covers all these fees (section 800+1100+1200) or only cover section
800. I know bunch of loan officers gives you a very low ra |
