有人付,要在title上加lien,我有两种option:一个和sell-bank协调,把这个钱付了,
一个是继续交易,拿到的title上会有lien,让HOA继续作他们的collection.和Escrow确
认,Escrow说这不是seller或buyer的义务,HOA应该向前屋主追讨。而且在title上保
证不出现这个所谓的lien.可是有朋友说,以后HOA是有可能sue我的。这种说法对么。

Buying at auction is a different store, the buyer is responsible
for any lien higher up on the list then the foreclosing party, things
like property tax, first mortgage, etc. I don't remember HOA is
on that list. Better check with an attorney specializing in
foreclosure real estate.
If you are buying from a bank as you indicated, then this is
