1.如果下了offer，进屋看了不满意，能不能收回offer？有什么后果？
2.房主什么时候搬走，有没有这方面的规定?
3.担心下了offer，inspect完了，房主搬走时破坏。如果这样能不能收回offer？

而且short sale哪有那么快批，都好几个月呢。

2. you may need to go to court to evict them if they donot leave
voluntarily.
3. if owner vandalize your property after your contingencies expire, you
probably will lose your deposit if you choose to break the contract. you
can always sue the owner for damage or other loss.
