so i relocked my 30 years at 4.875 w -.625pt from .125pt.
but i expect the rate goes up tomorrow,
since 10 year bond went up .07% today, after yesterday's .06% drop. so at le
ast 5% is expected for this week.

it's just a BoA thing, the lender's rule:
they allow one time relock within 15 days of closing.
