发帖数: 5184 | 3 购房合同是你和seller之间的，不能写这个。你要写合同，可以单写一个和你的agent
之间的。
但是有些州rebate是illegal的，这样的情况下，有合同也是不能enforce的，就当君子
协议吧。
用一个agent，就应该相信他，起码的信任也不能建立，不如不用他。

发帖数: 6972 | 4 这个是你和buyer agent的事情,不写在购买合同里。一般agent只要口头明确肯定
reabte，其实也不用太担心。口碑坏了对他们没好处。
buyer agent rebate近些年是非常常见的事，没有什么上不来台面只说。

发帖数: 4427 | 5 一种方法是offer接受后给seller agent发addendum， 提出售价降1.5%， 另外buyer
agent只要1.5%的commission fee
另一种方法在escrow那里以buyer agent credit的形式出现
当然能拿现金是最理想了 |
