说实话，很少看到将 blinds 也拿走的。这不是在瞎胡闹嘛。拿走 blinds 纯粹是损
人不利己的行为至于 range，你拿着也没有用，要拿去就拿去好了。microwave，$60
的就够了，我还不习惯用 $500 一个的，dish washer 是个摆设，唯有冰箱必须。
如果是我，我就要求 blinds 留下，别的，让他拿走得了 |

seller如果自己要拿走，他要叫人来拆掉在搬走。他要付额外的钱。
我要是你就叫他通通拿走。
因为seller说了洗衣机和烘干机不会留下也不会卖给你，所以你可以反过来让他给你2000块credit买洗衣机和烘干机，告诉seller，this is a good deal.
然后你就和他们僵持着，等到一定程度你的agent和对方的agent就会急，最后他们帮你搞定。
现在钱在你的手上，你就是大爷。
另外seller说不会修任何东西。那他们list的时候，没有说这个房子是as is？

要花大钱修的，估计不多。有经验的 agent，应该能帮你估摸个大概，例如明显有
structural problem 的，agent 也能看出，你 walk away 就可以了，免得白出
inspection fee。
如果没有明显的隐患，再雇个 inspector。
seller 有些 tough，和这样的人打交道，要做好伤神的准备。

发帖数: 1731 | 18 非常感谢楼上的几位。给大家说说，我们基本也同意了房主的要求。房主就是想要钱，
觉得自己卖房亏了，代理说他不想卖，但是没有钱了，谁知道真假。我就很计较，一听
涨价就心疼，这个人也太狠了，窗子上的东西也拿走。老公就妥协了，我不同意，最后
房价降3000，我们给房主2000，让他不要动厨房，窗户上的东西。我们都担心他搞破坏。
现在还不知道房主的回音，我觉得怎么short sale要先房主同意呢，他不同意就过不去
一样。也许我们不了解，误解了这样的情况，幸亏这个是比较新的房子，买这样的房子
还是很担心的。
