e*******e 发帖数: 336	1 现在情况有点特殊，我们直接找的listing agent谈价格，本来大家都是中国人觉得可以谈一点rebate，结果人家说不能给commision，我看的区location好，房子好卖，所以也就不计较了。现在价格还没谈好，本来我已经从BOA拿到credit report和pre- approval letter了，但是agent说seller以前投资的另一套房被BOA忽悠过，合同签了3 个月被告知不给贷款，所以现在他不再信任BOA的qualification letter。于是，她就推荐了我们local的一家银行，还给我推荐了律师。这个女人很强势，不知道应不应该被她牵着鼻子走。如果用她推荐的，会有什么不好的后果吗？
