Since I plan to stay in the property for at least 5 years, the closing cost
that I paid today will be paid off by then.

发帖数: 2885 | 11 每个地方的政策是不一样的，有的州规定一年内不能refi，有的地方要求refi付很高的
税，所以说有些觉得很常识的事情在有些地方可能会觉得不可思议。

发帖数: 9308 | 13 明白了，Purchase的Loan现在银行不允许Agent Cover Closing Cost，所以一定是
Buyer出的。那你的这个4.5%锁得非常好。过几天很有可能Rate又要上去了。

If you want to gamble with the market, wait...
For me I think 4.5% is good enough, so I locked it even there is still
downside in the Market.

FICO scores, etc... If refinance can lower your rate by at least 0.25%, then
it is worth doing it.

我的loan amount is 417 exact ah, hehe. And very good FICO scores lah.
