再低了，那就做4.5% with cost。如果你现在可以负担得起15年的Payment，那当然做
15年Fixed。

觉得现在利率也说不好怎样，还是0 cost的风险小一点

I would like to save more cash from the big loan, and pay off the small loan
first. Because it seems that the small loan is very hard to refinance.

前天另一个代理给我电话说4•625 no cost. 然后我就跟我的代理说，于是他也
给我4，625。
昨天又有个代理来找我说4、5。然后我又给我的agent email, what can you do? 一会
儿收到回信ok, relocked to
4,5.于是每个月又省30刀。
看来利率还是没见底呢，大家上呀！
