their rules, you don' t have to buy the house, just make sure your agent put
that in the contract (it should be standard practice)

发帖数: 4125 | 4 I think you can still put a hoa contingency in the contract. If they do not
deliver you the document for you to review you can back out the deal.
Hoa fee usually is very small compare to the price of the house, money
should not even be a concern if you like the house.
