之前有人对此房感兴趣，但是做了inspect之后，就放弃这个房子了，不知道我是不是
也应该放弃....
There are a few issues on 55 which are seals r gone in casement of 2
windows. Which is not a big deal, electrical inside, reversed polarity in
front left and back right bedrooms. Outlet, radiator in basement does not
work. The concern of the purchaser were 3 cracks on the floor, middle and
back of foundation on right side of house. They did not think that these
were any major issues. |

是另一个房子多一
个washroom，只是没有院子。
这个也可能是上一个买主back off的原因.

我只想把这个房子当做2年暂住的地方，万一以后我也想卖，是不是也很难卖掉？

只要是开关控制的插座，reverse polarity不是正常的吗？

很多房间里有一个插座是故意装反的,表示那是一个特殊的插座.你只需要确定不是那个
特殊的插座就可以了. |
