seller sides.
your application, credit, income, basically everything must be very clean
and straight forward. all sides need to cooperate. i suppose seller is
serious and doesn't want to loose or kill the deal for just a few days of
delay.
purchase loan usually has priority over refinance loan.

appraisal差不多一周,送进去underwriting,就算rush也要给2-3个工作日吧,
underwriting出来之后才能出commitment letter。清condition,schedule close。。
。关键在condition上面了。clear to close之后,怎么也需要有3个工作日之后才能
close。 |
