The loan officer said there's 3k-4k cost to pay as below:
Deed Recording Fee Estimated $18.50
Deed of Trust (DOT) Release Estimated $27.00
Deed Tax Estimated $1,750.00
Mortgage Tax Estimated $1,100.00
Recording Fee Estimated $180.00
Total Government Taxes and Fees $3,075.50 (sum of above)
He said it's the same for all lenders. And it's different than prepaid
insurance, property tax, interest.
Is this normal or should be covered by the bank?

房很少会有no cost的提法。no cost是lender从profit里拿钱出来cover客人做贷款的
cost,买房时客人都希望拿到尽量低的rate,因为rate会不会一直走低,能走多低,没
有人敢保证,因此一般的buyer都希望在一开始拿到一个尽量低的rate。客人自己付
cost是拿到最好rate的保障。 |
