loan agent说这笔钱跟我没有关系，是银行给他们的，
并没有用来冲抵closing cost，所以Escrow Fee, Recording Fee, Underwriting Fee,
Title Insurance (Owner's and Lender's)等等统统都是我拿自己的钱在付
我想问一下loan agent说的是实话吗？
一般这笔credit都是完全给loan agent或者broker的吗？ | T*******e

closing cost. Which state are you in? Ask your agent about it and he/she can
help you question on it.

refi一般都做no point no fee 的情况下比rate。 |
