have collected from a replacement tenant by reasonably attempting to re-rent
. Tenants who vacate before expiration of the term are also responsible for
Landlord's costs of advertising for a replacement tenant.
请问这段话是否表示我可以提前６０天通知房东然后就可以搬走了？ |

to get your opinion.

发帖数: 8667 | 9 别尽听想听的。你这个合同签的真糟糕。没见到任何保护你的条款。
合同里规定：1.60天提前通知；2.找到替代者来续租。（没提找不到怎么办）3.替付广
告费。
如果能找到续约的，合同里没提也照样把你放了。你需要考虑的是如果找不到续约的，
该如何终止。以前我签合同里都会提到：如果必须离开，可以找续约的，或者多付一个
月（或两个月）房租终止合同。这样才行。 |

2）付合约剩下来的租金
3）付房东的广告费。
这跟不搬走有什么区别？ |
