发帖数: 6997 | 8 一般来说在美国房东不能把房客直接轰走，要去法院申请个什么东西。等那个东西生效
了，你早close了。
不过会不会影响信用记录就不知道了，问个律师吧。

走。你可以付9月的房租。（一般按月租，房租会涨50-100；并且一般你只能整月租）

在Ohio，房东至少要提前30天通知房客搬出去；如果少于30天，他们动你任何一样
东西，都可以直接打911报警。过了这30天后，如果你还没搬走，他还是不能动你的东
西，不过他这时才可以到法院申请Eviction信件；没有过这三十天，他去了法院也没用
，有律师也没用，不过是吓唬一下你。我之前也碰到过这样的事。 |
