到一个回应，应该是买房的agent吧。发了几个我要求的房子信息，我选了几个以后却
和我说都不行。下面是她的一些回音。大家看看到底什么意思？首先是有官司的房子我
要买的话要50%以上的downpay或者100% cash.short sale的房子我必须用100% cash买
。有些房子要给offer以后才让看，还有要我马上联系她推荐的lender来决定我可以贷
多少款。弄得我这个新手更糊涂了，买房真的那么可怕？
Unfortunately both two bedroom units you marked as possibilites are both
short sales and will require all cash buyers. Let me know if there are any
other units you are intersted in!
Unfortunately there is current litigation going on with the HOA in VV to the
builder, therefore only all cash or minimum of 50% down buyers can qualify.
I have been calling around trying to find a lender that will loan on the
complex but I have not been able to locate anyone yet. I was hoping to find
a lender this morning so that we could still take a look at the units but I
was unable to do so.
4050 xxxx: Unfortunately they are no longer conducting showings on this unit
due to a large number of offers already submitted. I called the agent to
see if we could get in but not at this time. I will be notified as soon as
we can get in.
7585 XXXX:- We can see this unit during the week because the tenant will
only show it Monday thru Friday. I contacted them to see if they would make
an exception and they cannot show it today.
3965 XXXX- Unfortunately we cannot see this unit because it is only shown
with an accepted offer. The unit is an investment property for the owner
and they do not want to disturb the tenants. If you really like the complex
and the pictures we can always throw out an offer and get inside to see if
you like it! |
