BTW: It is an eight years old house, home inspection only find 3 places to

I would say, ok, no fix, nothing the seller need to do, can u give me 1%
rebate? or cover 50% closing cost or so.

发帖数: 48111 | 7 the trick is, inspector can always find some defects, important or trivial.
if the house's condition is good, don't be picky on that.
先卖个好， 然后找一些其他的问题， 譬如厕所的布局不好， 吊灯不是你喜欢的风格
， 炉灶用电的你要换成用gas的之类。 找一些不是seller的问题， 但是哭穷， 说你
要改这些东西花很多钱， 付了downpay以后就没钱， ur LG/LP主张去找另一个更合心
意的房子之类。
买房和卖房的心态不一样， 买房的人很愿意在房子上花时间心力去装修什么的，
卖房的是希望他最好什么事情都不需要做。 1% bargain下来还是比较容易。
如果房子已经是个good deal了， 那这1%侃下来与否都无所谓了。
你是没有道理要求seller按照你的style去fix house的。

b4 offer, bargain的范围是很大的， 尽量压低到market value以下。
如果是after offer, 靠inspection在bargain回些小钱的， 不宜过多。

kitchen with the right tiles.
