岂不是有失第三方的公正性？Appraisal都知道买主的房价？
Appraisal的公司是loan officer找的，而loan officer是realtor推荐的。不知道这里
有没有什么猫腻。我们的贷款由于种种原因是很难做, loan officer还是帮了很大的忙

appraisal.银行都会知道你的合同价吧。 |

and they will know the contracted price since they have all the contract. as
a rule, an appraiser has to use at least two different ways to get the
appraised value: market price for similar properties and cost of building
one.

发帖数: 4824 | 4 他们都知道，list agent或者broker向他们提供的。俺规定appraiser需要参考
contract，因为上面除了价格以外，还有其
它条款（比如rebate之类）。而事实上如果买价不太离谱，appraiser就引用contract
price，然后round up，就酱紫。。
。你也很难dispute...

is much higher the the price.(80k more). Don't know how they handle it. |
