点，这里的point哪里来的呢？
（我们当时贷款时被broker坑了，这point跟他有关系吗？ 有没有什么不好的地方）

if you didn't pay, that's good but you can still deduct it per 1098. :p

point (1% of your loan amount), your rate could be about 0.25% lower. |

无论如何，point这事是个decision，而不是自己都不知道偷偷的就在那了
或者楼主的loan agent shady不告诉他，或者他自己太糊涂，稀里糊涂就买了point
