发帖数: 3244 | 7 you mean the HUD-1? You will get one before signing. by the way, wiring
should happen after the signing and by then you will know all the details.
even if you wired the money before signing following escrow instruction, you
still can stop the closing by not sign the docs if you found something
wrong. your escrow will stop it for you too if there's an error. that's
their job. you are worrying too much.

发帖数: 204 | 8 No, not the HUD-1. I mean other docs especially between title company and
borrower (if there is some).There were two liens on my house when I
purchased the house, and they were not cleared as supposed to a few days ago
. I am concerned in case they are not cleared after I close the refinance,
my title company will change to a new one, which title company I should deal
with to resolve the liens,or in case there is something unfair with closing
docs to me.
By the way, it seems we need to wire the money before signing. | b*d

题了。拿到note，关注一下有没有prepayment penalty就行了。note就是欠条，LZ把钱
拿走了，银行比borrower紧张。 | | | w********h

What's title company's job? I mean if i have a lien agains my house, it was
previous owner's responsibility. Title company needs to do nothing? I have
to enforce the OWNER'S policy by myself?
I think Title company should find it and make sure it is cleared.
