Lender provided me APR 3.388%
But I checked online APR calculator and the APR is 3.5211% but the monthly
payment is $1174.11 which is higher than the lender provided me. |

发帖数: 742 | 5 Lender告诉我，算APR的时候只包含finance的cost，不包含别的cost。所以也就差不多
了。
很想问一下，大家都说要找no cost的refinance，这no cost到底指什么no cost？房子
要重新做appraisal，要换title都要花钱，我的lender还加了一下county transfer
tax。
还有，不是本地的Lender可靠么？ |

发帖数: 405 | 6 refinance 根本不需要付transfer tax.
no cost是指broker帮你付所有的费用。你只需要付principal difference and
several days interest.
建议你还是找本地的(你们州的)broker。 不是本地的如果是direct lender也可以。
