compared to what the seller told us. (short of 40 sq feet)
Seller complained that they were not lying because their property tax was
rated according to a larger size and don't want to reduce price.
I feel very bad since the house is not worth that much money with the
reduced size.But I do like the house and already in the load application
process.
Don't know what to do? Any suggestion? |

发帖数: 2284 | 6 It's not the area, but the actual appraisal price that matters. If the
appraisal price is similar to the selling price, you don't lose the house
monetary value at all. It's just that the price/sqft is a little bit higher
.
40 sqft seems a small number compared to some bigger numbers in some of the
previous posts in this board.

you will get a different result. 3 to 5% of difference is normal and we see
this all the time. also, if the value matches, you can not walk away for
free.
