去看了个房子,看的时候也没有发现什么,但是后来看了房子inspection的结果,发现
有些结果看上去还挺吓人的。请大家帮忙看看会不会比较严重?尤其是1和2.
1. WATER PENETRATION IS APPARENT DUE TO STAINS ON THE BASEMENT WALL AT THE
LEFT FRONT CORNER. THE SOURCE OF THE WATER PENETRATION NEEDS TO BE
IDENTIFIED AND REPAIRED.
2. POSSIBLE MOLD WAS IDENTIFIED AT THE LEFT FRONT CORNER OF THE
FINISHED BASEMENT.
3. WATER STAINS OBSERVED ON THE RIGHT FRONT WALL/BASEBOARD IN THE
MASTER BEDROOM AND AT THE KITCHEN SINK BASE CABINET. DUE TO THE
FINISHED SURFACES, THE ASSESSOR WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE SOURCE OF
THE STAINS.
4. EVIDENCE OF MOISTURE IDENTIFIED AT THE RIGHT FRONT WALL/BASEBOARD OF
THE MASTER BEDROOM AT THE AT THE KITCHEN SINK BASE CABINET.
5. IMPROPERLY OPERATING AIR CONDITIONING UNIT FOR THE SECOND FLOOR. THE
SYSTEM WAS BLOWING HOT AIR.
6. LOOSE FLASHING AT THE RIGHT FRONT CORNER AT THE GARAGE ROOF TO MAIN
HOUSE JUNCTION. LOOSE FLASHING CAN ALLOW WATER TO ENTER THE ROOFING
STRUCTURE.
