seller signed a listing agreement (contract) with a certain agent who works
for a certain real estate firm to sell/marketing the property. in side this
agreement, it set forth the teams like time duration, commission and
commission split, rights, duty and responsibility etc. typical commission is
in between 4 to 6% of the sold price and the commission will be split by
either one or two firms and then with two agents. unless specified under
contract otherwise, this is the most common way. hardly anybody goes with
the 2rd one.

发帖数: 1933 | 4 你的梦想很好，但是2是很罕见的，因为如果是2，那么listing agent就需要尽量的卖
出高价，要费很多努力，而agent是更愿意轻松拿钱的，所以2是很罕见的。
