了，或者自己掏腰包把差价补齐了，否则银行只能根据appraisal的价格来贷款给你

house. The seller decide the list price, and you, the buyer, decide the
offer price. If your offer price is accepted by the seller, deal.
You consider how badly you want to win the bid (if there is multiply buyers)
to get the house and how likely your offer price will be accepted to
determine your office price. You may take a look of appraisal, but don't
count it too much - again it is just appraisor's evaluation. But at the end
, it will be sellers and buyers determine the deal price.

贷款的时候做的吧？

发帖数: 3523 | 9 一般appraisal出来的value比purchase price低的话，buyer都会去找seller
negotiate的。因为除非seller找个cash deal，否则始终面临同一个问题。大部分
buyer还是能够negotiate成功的。 |
