比它高, 与market value差不多。agent 解释说是因为该房主是律师,他有关系把tax
value弄低。但我在网上查了好几个估价网站,该房的估价都比周围同类房子低很多。
比较了一下,实在看不出这个房子与其它的有什么区别。都在同一片小区,同一个公司
在同一时间建的,内部材料也基本一致。该房所在地势很好,比路略高,很干燥。也无
路冲,高压线,或噪音的问题。 |

的时候买主可能会有和我一样的疑问。
我还是不明白为什么该房子的估价会比其它同类型房子低3-4万,请指教。 |

长期没交易过的房子这些网站没法估价。再说了网站估的价本来就是扯淡

N**s 发帖数: 1916 | 9 i would rather think it happens more in a recovering market. when a market
is declining, you are more likely to see the opposite way tax value > market
value. tax assessment is a trailing indicator, isn't it? i know a state
assesses every 3 year. i bought a house for a little over $100k but the tax
value was $350k when it was assessed in 2008. And its tax value dropped to $
170k based upon the new assessment.

property price.
if the difference within 10% it's maybe not really something too far.
but if higher than 10%, I doubt it's overpriced home.
but anyway, there is also a lot of exception there, ex. if the current owner
did a lot of upgrade inside...etc |
