外扩了一间300sqft,那么listing的时候应该列2500还是2800呢？
因为city的public records可能还是数据时2500.
屋主一般会列最多的，可是这样和city的数据不一致啊。

in my case, the son was selling the house of his parents. he hired an agent
who mistakenly believed that the addition was not incorporated into the
public records. in fact, public records had the updated, correct square
footage (already including that of a later added sun room). |
