SELLER DISCLOSURE FORM. The form must be delivered to a prospective
purchaser prior to accepting an offer to purchase. If the form is delivered
after offer acceptance, the offer is not enforceable against Purchaser
until Purchaser has received and signed a copy of the form. In addition, if
Purchaser received a disclosure form or an amended form after offer
acceptance that discloses a defect, Purchaser has two days to rescind the
offer in writing and receive any deposits made. After closing, the failure
to comply and deliver a form does not by itself invalidate a transaction.
Seller disclosure form __has__has not been provided to Purchaser __not
