When you are buying a REO (Bank owned) property you are not responsible for
the past due HOA dues. In fact the bank is not responsible for them either.
In most cases past due HOA dues are wiped out by the trustee sale. I

发帖数: 1429 | 9 Inspection没什么大问题 合同写了buyer去弄smoke certificate 但是没提到hoa 之类
写了一句bank pays 0 closing cost. 这意思不是 tax commission 都不付吧？
