using home inspection contingency for some reason. Nothing major though.
Now the house came back on market and we want to give offer. Our realtor
suggests we waive home inspection contingency to have some kind of advantage
to have seller accept our offer.
Is it wise to do so? It's been 5 months. Thanks. |
