在买房, 老婆的哥哥给了8万美元, 我们在申请 FHA 贷款.
我们给了gift letter, wire transfer slip还有她哥哥的银行对帐单给mortgage
company. 但对帐单上只罗列了汇款当日的交易. 现在mortgage公司索要她哥哥30天内
的银行对帐单, 请问这个合理吗?

FHA是这么说的:
"The lender must completely document the transfer of gift funds from the
donor’s account to the borrower’s account by obtaining a copy of the
canceled check or other satisfactory withdrawal document that shows the gift
leaving the donor’s account and then being deposited into the borrower’s
account."
所以其实对帐单也不要的啊. 所以是可以不要的对吧?

我刚刚准备过，lender明确表示没有要求来paper trail捐赠方的资金来源，所以，只要
有那笔钱转给你的记录就好。这个应该可以去argue，泄露捐赠人的隐私，不make sens
e。
