1）Provide a satisfactory Letter of explanation(LOX) Re: inquiries in the
last 120 days to evidence no additional debt
有6次credit pull：最后一次是现在申请贷款的，有3次是quicken loan办pre-
approval的（不知道为什么同一天pull了我3次，汗），有1次是信用卡提高credit的，
有1次是申请了新的信用卡。。。不过现在都没有欠钱。
2）Please provide signed Letter of explanation(LOX) from the borrower in
regards to the following addresses that were not reflected in the borrower(s
')'s address history。Borrower to also explain why bank account statements
go to this address。
这是我老公的地址。我毕业答辩后搬去住了2个月，地址转过去了，然后我一直忘了转
到我现在住的地方，1年多了。
3）Provide borrower's two year work history
我只有1年的W2是工作的。另外提供1年学校RA的W2，外加毕业证书，这样可以吗？
4）verify sufficient liquid assets to close
申请贷款时提交了我和lg的存款。不过由于是我一个人贷款，所以周末把lg的转给我，
提供gift letter。
最后再问一下，是不是appraisal必须比买价高？低1000都不行？ | r******d

第三项， 如果你是刚毕业， 并且有学业证书， 银行不要求两年工作历史。
第4项，你只要提供银行statement显示足够现金， 并提供gift letter即可。
如果你只放20%的首付的话， 只要appraisal 降低， 你就要补钱。 如果降低1000，
你就要多付800。

loan officer都会解释给客人的。 |
