原来帮我做loan的，他说房价有所下降，所以我的房子现在不值我买的时候的价了，他
第二天就报了一个价给我。这样我就要再放一笔钱进去才行。我想知道，他这个报价是
从哪里来的，是什么model出来的吗？如果我换个做loan的，会得到不同的报价吗？因
为手头没钱放，但又想做refinance,所以希望appraisal value和买价差不多。

以提升，最后银行的Loan也好卖掉。

他就报了个估价，所以我搞不懂他怎么得这个值的，而且我想知道换个人是不是会得不

report from first time and then it's easy to estimate your house's current
value.
and yes if you go to another loan officer, you may get a different appraisal
value - (not necessarily higher, can be lower) and appraisal will charge
fees and thus most of the time appraisal is done when loan app is already
submitted and almost got approved.

Mortgage Insurance。如果你符合的话，当然可以Refinance，然后降低你的Payment。
