- depends on the market. if it is a very desirable area to live, and there
are lots of active buyers, the final purchase price probably will be close
to asking, or even over asking.
另外，如果已经evaluate房子值多少
- ask your realtor to check the comps. see what other houses in similar
neighborhood have sold for. base on that information, check the house that
you want to buy, figure out the differences and go from other.
那出价还能低于那个价么？
-depends on the market. it is about supply and demand. hard to offer
suggestions without knowing where exactly you want to buy. |

出offer的时候还有别人竞争，
我们出了低于估价，然后就输了，就当是教训吧
还有closing date，agent让我们选，我们就选了一个方便的时间，结果这个也被作为
据我们offer的证据，早知道就asap好了，也差不了什么，agent也没提醒我们，总觉得
agent一时明白一时糊涂的。。。
是不是她推荐的几家insperctor也不要用呀？
