公司是做航空安全设备的。机械类的。在 jersey shore。
办h1b,但是好像今年h1b已经没有名额了，所以只能transfer了。
职位1：
职位：INTERNATIONAL PROGAMS PROCESS ASSURANCE ENGINEER
描述：
1. Coordinate information with team members and leadership to ensure a
coordinated flow of information between all parties.
2. Create the flow/scheduling of necessary technical data for engineering
, configuration, purchasing, manufacturing and quality resources dedicated
to this program.
3. Create and support design schedules, critical path analysis and the
test activity planning, scheduling and coordination.
4. Update customer on all OEM specifications related matters including
the software and system requirements.
5. Author and coordinates various technical reports, other specified
reports and tracking metrics required or requested by the customer.
6. Assure consistency and best practices within ACC on this program.
7. Other duties as assigned
要求：
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BSME or other comparable engineering discipline, plus 3 -7 years design
process experience. Good verbal and written communication skills are vital.
Knowledgeable in the design and certification of evacuation slide systems a
plus. Good integrator and team player. Some travel required.

职位1，在monster上的广告好像已经撤了。你如果感兴趣，可以把简历发给我。
有1-2年的经验就行。机械的专业知识要求不是很多，但是你需要有很好的沟通能力，
因为你主要就是做各个部门的协调工作。英语至少得利索。我知道这个对老中稍微难度
有点高。但是现在工作都不好找。
职位2，请你最好按照monster上的方法投简历。这个职位我不太清楚。但是看起来经验
