How nice? Tell us bah...Then we can know a good advisor's behavior...
To me, a good advisor means how to let me publish enough good papers in 4
years and help each other in research..

considerate...
tells me to have a break from time to time..
academically, not push...
let me propose and do whatever i like
that is why i am not making polymers these days..
he lets me go out to meetings, meet great people
he is not cheap in that i can buy whatever i like, my sig counts
a lot...
just feel warm a lot working for him..
