从数据库中得到数据并不困难，难的是机构的确认。按照老美的话只能是用我们的”
best knowledge”. 有几点我们要说明：1， 本数据取自
http://physician.cmgforum.net
, 2， PGY没有加入统计。 3， 很多医生即服务于医院，也有自己的诊所，我们只能按照数据
库中的数据来统计。3，hospital 和 practice group的确认有时很困难，我们主要是根据是若
有in patient服务则认为是医院，反之为Group. 4，数字相加并非100，剩下的应该是PGY和其
他。 错误是难免的，只是一个粗线条的东西。欢迎批评指正。 |
