here i have a Q : how to apply for anesthesiology ? i mean residency
application.
here my answers would be:
1: apply for two programs : one is preliminary,,usually surgery or IM. the
other one is anesthesiology advanced program for the PGY 2,3,4. and this is
the full residency training. and then fellow(optional), attending.
2: apply for only one program: that is: categorical anesthesiology program in
which PGY 1(clinical base ),2,3,4 are included . and then fellow(optional),
attending.
3:apply for one program, one year later switch to application FOR residency
in advanced anesthesiology (PGY 2,3,4) program.
I do not know whether i am rt or not! just need your help ! thanks so much.
this is a newbie Q, i just want to confirm it .
