目前最好的药就是ＮＥＸＡＶＡＲ。但是很昂贵。不知道有没有办法弄到便宜点的。
刚才在网上看见了这家药店， 不知有没有办法鉴别是不是骗子药店？
多谢各位给出出主意巴。

Nexavar will not work. your doctor should follow metastatic breast cancer
treatment algorithm, eg aggressive liver resection, hormonal therapy, or
systemic chemotherapy with or without her2 targeted agents. | l******e

Actually, she was found to have tumor in hand at the beginning of this year
and did a small surgery. But We did not expect there was cancer anywhere
else at that time...until breast cancer was found at the bgeinning of this
month. She got surgery at the begining of the month. The doctor said the
surgery was very successful and after 2 weeks she could go back to work and
live normal life. But 2 weeks later we found the liver cancer...Doctors are
checking whether there is cancer anywhere else . And doctors said she may
not live for longer time...
She has done the first chemotherapy this week and should go back home
yesterday from hospital. But the leukocyte is too low.
We may go to shanghai to try recently...
Do you think anyway to save her in U.S.? If there is a way that really can
work, we may think about to help her come here. Sure we will not do
something illegal or hurt our reputatoin...

advice. If that means she has to go to Shanghai to find an oncologist then
by all means she should go.
It would be hard to answer your question without knowing more details about
her disease. The key piece missing is histo-pathology findings. Primary
cancers of skin, breast and liver and their histology subtypes have very
different prognosis and life expectancy.
Therefore before she leaves for Shanghai, she should take all surgical and
pathology reports with her.
Given the sequence of events, it seemed surgeries, presumbaly with curative
intent, were performed to remove a primary skin lesion in the hand and then
in the breast half a year later. However it also appeared at least the
second surgery was performed in a haste without a thorough work-up such as a
CT/MRI or PET scan of the chest, abdomen or brain, as it appears the
disease already metastasized to the liver when the surgery that removed a
lesion in the breast was done. If metastatic skin cancer, in particular
melanoma, then the life expectancy would be 6-9 months.
Alternatively, she could have a skin cancer that was curatively resected,
and had a primary metastatic breast cancer with liver metastasis. That would
allow a 15-30 months life expectancy and therefore she should pursue
treatment actively. She should have the breast tumor tissue if available or
the liver mets biopsied and tested for Estrogen, progesterone, and HER2
receptors before chemotherapy regimens can be decided.
Either way, unless the final diagnosis is truly primary liver cancer, it's
highly unlikely Nexavar would be of any value because to date it has only
been shown to be effective for cancers of the liver and kidney.
As to whether she should come to the States for treatment, the answer
depends on the actual disease diagnosis, access to chemo- or biological
therapy, general physical performance status, and finance situations, her
view of quality of life and desire to spend time with family. Unfortunately
given the grim prognosis of metastatic disease, the cost of treatment and
gain in survival life may not differ whether or not she comes to the USA,
unless there are drugs that have really shown benefit and been approved for
use in the US but are not available in China.

Actually, when she had breast cancer surgery, the doctors did scan her chest
and found something wrong with her liver. But they cannot make sure whether
it was cancer until two weeks later. That is this week. Then they scanned
the whole body. But the result has not come out until next week. We do not
know whether there are cancers anywhere else in the body, especially brain..
.The doctors will give out final treatment plan after the result comes out.
But the doctors said she does not have longer time when they found the
cancer in her liver. And they told us the best medication to last her life
is Nexavar. We had no idea about it except listening to what they say.
It sounds you are a specialist in this area. Could you leave me a contact
information so that I can reach you if we want to know more technology in
States?
