at this stage the chance of survival is small.
liver transplant is often not possible, as there's long wait
for livers and most liver cancer patients die before one is
available.
it would certainly a big decision. for older people, being
conservative and focus on relieving pains probably is a

发帖数: 5428 | 6 昨晚给贪狗准备下面一周的口粮（自己做的碎肉拌干粮），这周的主题是内脏，去超市
看到有猪肝就想着给他做点treat吃吃。做法倒还简单，效果超级好，贪狗如此挑，都
守在烤箱前面一晚上，来回叫人，让给他拿来吃，哼叽了俩小时。。。
1. 华人超市买的猪肝，大概一磅左右一个，两刀多点。
2. 先烧一锅热水，烧开以后放肝进去，大概20分钟以后会煮熟。如果事先切成4-6块就
更快了，我懒得占切菜板和刀，就整个放进去了。
3. 煮到整个变硬，用筷子扎进最厚的地方都是硬的，并且没有血水冒出来的时候就熟
了。其实这个时候已经可以吃了，偷懒的可以直接切片吃。
4. 如果想要饼干一样硬一点的质感，可以切大概半厘米那么厚的片，然后放到预热300
度的烤箱里面，烤10分钟，把肝片儿翻面，再5分钟。
5. 凉透后放冰箱储藏。吃的时候建议掰成小块喂，要不然给多少都是半秒就不见了。
。。
6. 最后大概是一磅生猪肝能出半磅多烤肝片儿。如果
只是煮，成品更多。比较宠物店里卖的liver treat，自己做的不仅便宜而且放心。
唯一的遗憾是昨天没有拍照片，当时没想到效果这么好，所以没打算拍照发帖的。。。

On the reconstruction images, I do not have a complete liver on the coronal
image. The maximum diameter measures 17.3 cm, which is enlarged however it
is homogeneous with normal vasculature.
最后的impression是：enlarged liver with normal vascularity and homogeneity。
我的家庭医生看了说，没事。可我总觉得有点不太明白，那句I do not have complete
liver是啥意思，是说CT没做好所以看不全，只有他看到的部分才是好的吗？做CT是因
为腹部疼，做B超的结论是heterogeneous liver with increased echogenecity. |

remission but could not complete consolidation chemo due to many liver
lesions- abscess per image study, multiple biopsy and cultures but not

further characterize the adrenal lesion as well as hepatic lesions. Rads are
very comfortable calling TCCs and RCCs on CT. For adrenal adenomas, you
need three phase CTs or MR. Also for the liver lesion, CT liver protocol or
MR are better to tell most of the lesions.

liver cancer and whether is hepatic primary or metastatic would be helpful,
assume he had hepatocellular carcinoma from hep C, and maybe he had upper gi
bleed from either esophageal or gastric varices from portal hypertension
from cirrhosis from hep C, the outlook is not very good,
if it's metastatic disease with solitary hepatic mets sometimes they could
consider chemo embolization, |

transplant is concerned, and if there is metastatic disease, often
transplant will not be considered,
