liver cancer originated from blood or not, but I guess the answer should be
YES. Because both spleen and liver get cancer in your mice and both tissues
have cells originated from bone morrow (macrophages for both tissues and
erythroblast precursor for spleen), there is high chance that the cancer is
related with bone marrow, it will be very helpful if you can check the cell

患者44岁，男，6年前因为肝癌做了肝移植 （符合米兰标准），之后无灾无病好几年。
去年2016年初发现轻微贫血，血色素12，因为当时在服小剂量阿司匹林，于是停服，看
看有没好转。托托拉拉到了年底，还是贫血，血色素10.5。医生说做个内镜。于是在胃
内发现一个肿瘤，内镜医生直觉是GIST。随后CT，但CT却没有异常。4月初第二次胃镜
，GIST依然还在，取样活检表明可能肝癌转移或者是非常罕见的HAC。第二次CT 报告大
小46x35mm，说比较第一次32mm变大了。可能第一次看片医生那天喝多了？肿瘤位置在
Fundus，非常接近GOJ。
AFP好久没有查了，因为肝上的情况一直很好，肝移植前AFP 100多，移植后AFP一直小
于2。上一次至少是2，3年前。也是疏忽了。现在AFP 254. 显然胃上这个要么是转移，
要么是HAC。
下周二医生还要安排一次PETCT，周三见外科医生，估计排除转移外就安排切除了。 求
这里的专家教授指点，这个情况如何是好？下面我贴上最近几个报告。

level在正常，是不是就可以也hold kcl呢

aggressively, survival rate is pretty high with disease free.
If can't be cut,the prognosis is not good. Radioablation and drug are the
options. though the recent study showed the drug has some promising result,
he still prefer aggressive surgery.
My suggestion is to find out whether the liver mets are resectable or not.
The cost will be very high for liver rescetion in USA due to long post-
surgery care |

4月9号进ER， 今天4月15日， 6天过去了，宝宝今天还算稳定。给大家说说一些事情，
寻求帮助并希望对其他父母有些借鉴。
第一: 几乎我们接触到的绝大多数医生都不仔细看报告，他们根本就是按照程序准备换
肝，没有一个人相信我们家的宝宝能保住他的肝。这时候如果父母不给孩子最后一线希
望，孩子肯定没法独自战斗了。
第二: 就是医生们现在都很专业，导致很多事情互相扯皮。在我们家宝宝的情况下，就
是杀人。我们一再强调孩子这个病跟长期食用奶粉反应不好有关，所以任何奶粉都得非
常小心。结果他们给孩子的奶粉30个小时内，孩子各方面情况全面恶化，被迫再次大剂
量输血浆和ffp. 以后要成为医生的网友，父母有关孩子生长详细信息的话一定要认真
地听和思考。对于一个小个体，医生的固执就是一个肝或一条命。

about it.
Increased heterogeneity most commonly suggest fatty infiltration of your
liver, a chronic change in liver with increased fat content, sometimes
related to diet, alcohol intake, cholesterol, etc etc, technical term
hepatic steatosis /steatosis hepatitis. see GI if pcp can't counsel you on

appetizer偶要了fried oyster，entry是scallop，dessert是blueberry crisp。外面
裹了一层的oyster火候恰到好处，鲜美多汁，scallop两面微煎，蘸非常精细调过味的
土豆泥，配深煎的菜花，一刀下去，两半scallop颤微微地立着，露出雪白的肉来。
blueberry crisp上面是浅黄色的冰淇淋球，下面是温的blueberry点心，插上两片碧绿
的mint叶，色香味俱全。朋友试了chicken liver，soup（不敢恭维）和rockfish，偶
都试了，觉得最好的是chicken liver，绵软的liver放在脆脆的吐司上，加上一点不知
名的红色酱料，口感很好。最可惜的是要开车，没要酒，他们家的酒窖也是很有名的。

托纳表示，若工潮真的爆发，有可能会令部分还未寄到的邮件延迟，那些已经收到邮件的居民则无法即时利用邮件中的回邮信封，寄出捐款支票，或其他类型的捐款资料。 她说：「如果收件人无法在收件的第一时间内作出反应，很多人就会在事后忘记了这件事，亦不会在邮政工人复工后重新寄出捐款。」

经过两年多，我们宝宝的医疗事故基本清楚了。可是剩下的起诉时间已经不多了，所以
我们打算联系媒体，希望把我们把美国黑暗的医疗暴露出来。因为医院在当地势力太大
，我们希望把资料寄给最合适的大型媒体。我们对媒体一点都不熟悉，相信也有好坏等
等，请知道任何联系办法或各种有用信息的朋友们帮助。如果回帖不方便，请给我发私

我们的经历不局限于任何一个医院，经过两年多的挫折我们觉得当初疏漏是完全可以原
谅的，可是医生的故意掩盖却让本来可以纠正的事故慢慢演变为造成宝宝永久伤害的故
事。
发生事故的医院是个regional medical center级别的儿童医院，大家就不要再提了。
具体过程是这样的：
宝宝６个半月大全身浮肿晚上７点入住急症，主治医生忽略症状没有进行应该的检查。
