if alt and ast and alk phos are high and bilirubin is elevated, it might be

start by seeing a primary care physician first, ask them to fractionate the
total bili, and see if direct or indirect bilirubin is high, AST only mildly
elevated, might not mean a whole lot,
keep in mind the so-called liver function test(ast, alt, alk phos) is not

大概从一个月前发现左下腹疼痛，就是和肚脐平行靠近腰的位置，有时还放射到相同位
置的背侧疼。不分时候，白天晚上都会时不时的疼，没有规律。刚发现是站起来走路时
加重。这几天几乎一直疼。
• 疼痛一周后去见obgyn，给physically 检查了子宫什么的，说正常。
• 一周后疼痛不减，就给做了妇科的B超，也都正常。
• 又过了一周，做urine test排除肾结石，也negative.
• 当时obgyn说他能想到的一个可能是endometriosis, but need to use
laprascopy to confirm. 因为是创伤性的检查，不建议马上做。 所以先做了个之后又
做了腹部CT （oral and IV contrast）, 结果总的说也正常。具体内容如下。我怀疑

患者44岁，男，6年前因为肝癌做了肝移植 （符合米兰标准），之后无灾无病好几年。
去年2016年初发现轻微贫血，血色素12，因为当时在服小剂量阿司匹林，于是停服，看
看有没好转。托托拉拉到了年底，还是贫血，血色素10.5。医生说做个内镜。于是在胃
内发现一个肿瘤，内镜医生直觉是GIST。随后CT，但CT却没有异常。4月初第二次胃镜
，GIST依然还在，取样活检表明可能肝癌转移或者是非常罕见的HAC。第二次CT 报告大
小46x35mm，说比较第一次32mm变大了。可能第一次看片医生那天喝多了？肿瘤位置在
Fundus，非常接近GOJ。
AFP好久没有查了，因为肝上的情况一直很好，肝移植前AFP 100多，移植后AFP一直小
于2。上一次至少是2，3年前。也是疏忽了。现在AFP 254. 显然胃上这个要么是转移，
要么是HAC。
下周二医生还要安排一次PETCT，周三见外科医生，估计排除转移外就安排切除了。 求
这里的专家教授指点，这个情况如何是好？下面我贴上最近几个报告。

单细胞生物，细胞质内就是dna。细胞分裂，dna复制，这个单细胞生物就长大了。
毫无疑问，每个细胞，每个细胞里的dna都是相同的（假设没有mutation）。
但是对于多细胞生物。最早就是fertilized egg. 就一个细胞。
这1个细胞怎么能分裂成多种多样的细胞，从而让某些细胞组成不同的organ。
如果从不同organs里面取出dna，比如liver， brain。
那么如果进行基因测序的话，liver里面和brain里面是不是应该完全一样的
dna序列（不考虑mutation）？
但是如果我们进行基因芯片分析，或者next generation sequencing，
我们能找到differentially expressed gene across organs。
这是不是说明liver和brain里面的dna序列都是存在的，而且是一模一样的。

Other methods are helpful too.

I did a bit research and it is usually a symptom of liver diseases. A
popular one is fatty liver disease.

发帖数: 3285 | 46 昨晚没能带狗去跑步，因为回家以后花了一个多小时清地毯。beef liver treat吃多了
几块，就又拉又吐。我这边正擦着，那边piapia又吐两坨。有时候我分不清是吐的还是
拉得，这次算是知道了，吐得能和拉得闻起来一样恶心。可怜的mango。
狗对食物没有抵抗，分辨能力，于是人要更加谨慎和有纪律性，比如不能晚上烤了鸡胸
，看他馋就给几块。这个liver treat是纯liver，也会导致消化不良。唉。我家猫这方
面问题少多了，要说吃的比狗还杂。
总之要喂好这条狗，要坚持 1适量，2质量好。美国田园犬怎么这么娇贵。

比如rad （http://www.cbil.upenn.edu/RAD/php/index.php） & smd （http://smd.stanford.edu/） 这两个microarray database，他们都支持search by experiments的方式查询。 但是rad中的experiments 定义，好像指的按照器官分类，而smd 是按照病理分类 （这个是一个朋友告诉我的）。这样，同样在两个系统里面用search by experiments 来查询，你就不能获 得相同的结果。For example， 如果在rad里面查询 search Organism part: liver， 在smd 中就不能用select organism liver 查询。需要查询另外xxx，xxx， etc才能获得相同结果。
现在我不清楚xxx 该是什么。所以不能完整写完这个scenario。不知道有谁能帮忙一下
。或者能够给一个类似的, 像liver 这样会在rad and smd 上面需要不同的查询方式的

那么会有哪些因素导致几周后胎形的不同的呢？
1）基因
2）不解码的基因
3）蛋白质
4）调控机制
另外，我还有一个很基本的生物问题。关于鱼的。
单细胞生物，细胞质内就是dna。细胞分裂，dna复制，这个单细胞生物就长大了。
毫无疑问，每个细胞，每个细胞里的dna都是相同的（假设没有mutation）。
但是对于多细胞生物。最早就是fertilized egg. 就一个细胞。
这1个细胞怎么能分裂成多种多样的细胞，从而让某些细胞组成不同的organ。
如果从不同organs里面取出dna，比如liver， brain。
那么如果进行基因测序的话，liver里面和brain里面是不是应该完全一样的
dna序列（不考虑mutation）？
但是如果我们进行基因芯片分析，或者next generation sequencing，
我们能找到differentially expressed gene across organs。
这是不是说明liver和brain里面的dna序列都是存在的，而且是一模一样的。
