经过两年多，我们宝宝的医疗事故基本清楚了。可是剩下的起诉时间已经不多了，所以
我们打算联系媒体，希望把我们把美国黑暗的医疗暴露出来。因为医院在当地势力太大
，我们希望把资料寄给最合适的大型媒体。我们对媒体一点都不熟悉，相信也有好坏等
等，请知道任何联系办法或各种有用信息的朋友们帮助。如果回帖不方便，请给我发私

我们的经历不局限于任何一个医院，经过两年多的挫折我们觉得当初疏漏是完全可以原
谅的，可是医生的故意掩盖却让本来可以纠正的事故慢慢演变为造成宝宝永久伤害的故
事。
发生事故的医院是个regional medical center级别的儿童医院，大家就不要再提了。
具体过程是这样的：
宝宝６个半月大全身浮肿晚上７点入住急症，主治医生忽略症状没有进行应该的检查。
最要命的是他们没有给宝宝任何吃的也不让我们给，同时没有任何措施来监察他的营养
状况。所以除了ER前的2oz奶，到离开ER前的１９个小时没有吃其他任何东西，因为他
不能充分转化脂肪应付代谢危急，他的肝脏迅速积累大量的free fatty acids (FFA).

近日，因担忧一项中国学者的研究涉及到用死刑犯的器官进行移植手术，国际期刊
《Liver international》决定撤回这篇于2016年9月在线发表的论文。做出决定之前，
期刊曾要求论文作者所在单位在2017年2月3日前提供证明器官来源的资料，但没有得到
回应。
论文的通讯作者是中国工程院院士、器官移植专家郑树森，以及浙江大学附属第一
医院肝胆胰外科主任医师严盛。澎湃新闻通过邮件联系郑树森和严盛，截至发稿前，未
得到回复。
中国人体器官捐献与移植委员会主任委员、中国器官移植发展基金会理事长、原卫

ICU医生想用奶粉毒死他儿子。
1.他儿子如果有FOAD，那么从出生到去ER那半年，耗子他儿子吃的什么奶粉？如果耗子
不是一直给他说那个什么特殊奶粉，他儿子应该早就肝硬化了。
2.如果他儿子没有FOAD，24小时FASTING很难造成LIVER INJURE，用奶粉毒死他儿子更
是天方夜谭。
耗子根据他自己给儿子诊断的FOAD和初中生理卫生知识，得出了他全家都有FOAD的结论
。其实都不用回国测试他儿子，耗子自己去做个基因测试就好了，耗子不是说他每次吃

而医生递review的时候，说的是调查end-stage liver cirrhosis的原因。因为end-
stage liver cirrhosis只能换肝，所以这个study对病人没有好处，所以被拒。这个是
保险公司第二个coach最后一次给我打电话说的，说白了这些人天天看到这些医生干的
邪恶事情忍不住帮帮忙。。
我们从始至终都是坚持孩子身体好转，就算换肝也得长期吃饭，如果是这个病饮食需要

我看到你写的是“治疗疏忽是入院前三天营养不足和禁食以及护士没有遵照主治医生监
视血糖的指令。”
也就是说你觉得是龙龙营养不良3天导致身体浮肿，然后去看病，医生诊断为acute
liver failure，也就是说入院前三天的营养不良不是医生造成的对不对？那时候还没
有看医生。
我还看到你写“他不是代谢病造成的肝病。而是医院急性营养不良造成的。” 在医院
里小孩被要求禁食了对不对，禁食了多长时间？你觉得医院的禁食引起营养不良导致龙
龙得了肝病，在这个地方你要提供医学证据证明是因为医院的禁食导致龙龙得了肝病。

还有cchmc的 cpt2 genetic 测试, 找不到可以到metaboseq 的测试地方找
Cpt2三种形式, 第二种是 infantile 表现就是 acute liver failure
你大概有一点医学背景。自己查查吧

家庭医生看了后认为是heart 或kidney的问题。按照这个代谢病来说就是肌肉有问题，
可能心脏供血等等。。。
acute liver failure好好救能全部恢复，那时候就是acute liver failure。还有
cchmc说了是collapse，这是急性死亡的特征。 |

acute和chronic的定义是相对的，一个人5个月前体检一切正常，现在去
医院发现END STAGE LIVER FAILURE你说是ACUTE还是CHRONIC，这个怎么定义都行。
但是现在你要证明LIVER FAILURE是在ER发生的，那你就得解释为什么会浮肿
问题是你没法解释啊。 |

我自己给的诊断：
moderate macrovesicular steatosis
NASH
severe acute malnutrition
CCHMC, 2年后的图片显示
micronodular cirrhosis with nonalcoholic reason等。
其实除cpt-2 deficiency，他应该还在某个脂肪酸代谢酶上面有些缺陷。

screen没有发现，后面诊断常常在发生liver问题后才能发现。
CPT 2 deficiency有三种类别，你孩子发病的年龄看可能是severe infantile
hepatocardiomuscular form of CPT 2 deficiency，这是严重的基因疾病，禁食，感
染等都会触发liver failure。
当初newborn screen的结果是什么？
临时医生检查到确诊这个确实比较困难。
也不觉得这么多医院医生是故意为之。
如果你自己觉得孩子给医院医生故意耽误了，
还是建议通过律师研究医疗诉讼可能。 |

don't waste your time searching for a diagnosis, get a lawyer.
you will never get a diagnosis in us.
a diagnosis is just an opinion.
you don't need a liver biopsy. even the biopsy shows deficiency, they will
argue it is because of your badly injured liver tissue.

就会医生杀人， 偷器官。 因为病人最弱，尤其是Homeless 的人， 百万利润， 为啥
不干呢？
不论川粉还是川黑， 你如果没有爱你的照顾你的人，老了被折腾光财产医院随随便便
处理你， 你信不信？！
拿我自家孩子的事情， 我感觉每年西雅图一个医院这种故意杀人的不下三五起， 全国
都这个德行， 单单婴儿故意被这么搞死的肯定每年好几十上百。成人的数据其实更全
， 我查的资料90年代写得触目惊心， 住院10天一般出事是肯定的， 基本上家属知道
事故后只有7%起诉，绝大多数败诉。 现在我怀疑更糟糕，因为人的道德观越来越糟糕。
你这么靠law&order没用的，
没有基本的道德标准， 就完蛋鸟。
我这么说的根据是这篇文章，

前些日子， 有人在这里发帖， 说illegal在美国能得到器官。 然后我说， 我想去改
变我的organ donor status。
然后一堆人说， illegal 得到organ transplant基本是不可能的。。。我他妈的竟然
相信了。

但是，更奇葩的在后面：
当她21岁的时候，州政府给的免费医保结束了，丫没钱看病了。
这时候丫的肝又出问题了。再不移植就要挂了。这时候，她听说，如果她通知移民局自
己是非法移民，那么州政府可以继续提供免费医保。于是她这么做了，然后州政府免费
医保得以恢复。现在她正在等待第四个肝（这女的比章含之还牛逼啊）......
