甲状腺大潮， 说说我的二次甲亢， 第二次进行中。。。 美国医生就是shit
高中在国内， 有一天， 我妈觉得我的头颈特别粗。 她以为我缺碘， 拼命叫我吃海带
。 。我对海带觉得很不好吃，但还被逼着吃。
直到有一天， 我骑自行车， 骑到一半， 心跳太快， 骑不动了， 倒在路边， 我妈带
我去医院看病。 一查， 甲亢。 碘太多了。
然后吃药。 吃了什么药， 忘了。 吃了三年， 就好了。 其实， 吃了几个月， 就感

result yet. She never had hep B, or any liver problem before. no symptom.
She had breast cancer in 1998, had surgery and is in remission. otherwise
healthy. Doctor in China just want her to do CT, did not give a possible
explanation. I am afraid of liver cancer, but it raised so fast, felt like

can look at the CT film to see whether that tumor is accessible by biopsy
needle. If they can do it, they will obtain tissue for pathology diagnosis,
then decide the next treatment plan.
For primary liver carcinoma (Hepatocelluar carcinoma), there are several
other options,? resectable? chemoembolization (but according to the size you
mentioned, it might be too big)? liver transplantation?

第一，除了重症监护室，病理和病历，我不觉得别的地方联合
第二，我整个过程并没有怪医生太多。第一页和最后总结怪的是美国政府唯利是图，不
管病人死活。政府是最大的黑社会。没有明确说，但是目标根本不是医院医生，是反政
府。
第三，更多资料目前没有放上去。如果你看了相信我家孩子的事情。更多的资料绝对让
你对整个体制寒心，因为医生为了不承担责任不给我家孩子的急性肝衰竭诊断病因，可
医生们发表的资料显示49%没有给病因，另一篇文章里说没有给的很多都是代谢病。这
个数据都是公开的，很多没有的死了或移植了。
这个根本不是一个病人的事情，是至少几十个孩子故意给美国医院害死。

你也是个分分钟钟杀人的主。 信不信？！

40个小时没有测。 导致中间产物聚集器官， 损伤再多个器官。 肝脏尤其突出.
医院没有马上救助。 相反， 却是取消诊断实验， manipulate blood, 撤换病理医生
来掩盖诊断。 给了个unknown etiology把病人放在肝移植名单上。 同时给能慢性毒杀
病人的奶粉， 确保换肝按计划进行。 寄希望病人发展为 end stage liver cirrhosis
. (这也是出院给的诊断）
结果家属猜测有问题， 请多方面review, lab. 被best doctors 和baylor college of
medicine 误导后以为没有脂肪代谢障碍症后， 给孩子吃鸡蛋再次出事故， 才明白是
这个病。 然后研究发现入院前的newborn screening可以做诊断， 并被upmc代谢科主
任确定后再找西雅图医院， 代谢医生拒绝给出诊断。
然后病人到upmc看病， upmc代谢科拒绝order labs帮助掩盖。 但是肝科医生告诉病人

03：00(?)左右发现急性肝衰竭，靠血样， INR高到一定程度且没有肝脏病史，都归于
acute liver failure。所以他被归于acute liver failure。医院当天就劝我们参加研
究计划，我们同意了。可是后来出院前医院把他拿下来了，说他不是急性，是慢性。
10:30发现脂肪浸润, diffuse echogenic
oncologist这么评价：
due to isolated hepatic process, not likely oncologic process。主要根据是发
生得太快了，癌症没有这么快的。
最后我想再强调一点，出事了，你连个统计数据都进不去。acute liver failure，给

超声只能说00：00到10：00之间发生了脂肪浸润。03：00LAB显示LIVER FAILURE
因为你自己没有报告肝脏病史，所以会诊断为acute liver failure.但是医生可以
改成CHRONIC LIVER FAILURE因为代谢病的问题。你想证明医院有问题，你得证明你来
医院以前没有肝病。你儿子到底为什么去ER?
医生不会用奶粉害人的，因为医生想害人的话有更可靠的东西，不管是一招制命还是慢
慢来。用奶粉害人这种思路没法让人相信。

still regret on trying to cure his cancer.
liver cancer has low survival rate, and if you send him to hospital,
basically you want to give him a verdict on live or die in a few months.
Most liver cancer in china was due to either 乙肝或酗酒。 如果采用保守疗法
（中医，锻炼，据酒烟），患者可能活几年。
如果积极疗法，患者可能在3个月内被治死。 所有肝癌的成功率都很低。
我父亲住院期间，我们看到太多的例子，有个40岁的自己开车到医院动手术， 3个星期就死了。
而且治疗手段极其残酷，比如采血，动脉血，经常疼得大男人嗷嗷叫。
