后用吗啡缓和，直到中午疼痛感重新出现，继续用吗啡镇痛。抗生素一直在使用。老婆
是HepB+，最近的lab结果肝酶均有不同程度超标，特别是AST507，ALT420。
刚刚医生来说因为liver enzyme持续升高，建议手术取结石，我们不太希望手术，毕竟
才生完
孩子3周，身体不知道是否吃得消，询问医生是否有别的治疗结石手段，医生说需要再
观察，跟她的boss再商量，是否手术还需要surgery doctor再次评估。
请问这种情况下，大家有什么建议，欢迎任何专业和非专业的建议。我们知道最后还是
需要跟自己的医生商量决定，但是还是想如果知道的东西多一点，可以不用那么盲目。

hepatocellular disease".结论是："Mildly echogenic liver (fatty infiltration
versus hepatocellular disease)"。附带一句，最近体重减轻了好几磅。
这个结论看着很可怕，脂肪浸润或肝癌？去年6月检查肝实质回声均匀，一切良好。脂
肪肝嘛，我是个瘦人，饮食是比较喜欢吃海鲜。
这个医生为什么什么都没说呢？还说我身体很好？每次去看一次也很烦人啊，又要约又
要跑挺远的，有能给点意见的吗？ |

几个月前就问了目前就诊的医院有关宝宝的liver tissue，答复是frozen stored in
paraffin block. 我对这些不懂，也就告诉3rd opinion医院有frozen liver tissue.
这家医院就要了，结果被告知没有。
然后我们联系医院，收到不同的答复：
第一次，什么都没有了。。 就算有也不会给外面。

I did not see any infants suffer from acetaminophen liver toxicity, but I
have seen many infants with brain and heart damage due to fever.
